As an ISO-certified company, we adhere strictly to ISO quality control standards to ensure the highest level of precision, performance, and reliability in our PCBs, PCBAs, and electronic components. Our rigorous testing processes are designed to meet and exceed industry standards, providing our customers with the utmost confidence in the products we deliver.

We offer comprehensive testing services that ensure every product meets the highest benchmarks of durability and functionality before it reaches our customers. Additionally, we provide flexibility by allowing clients to select independent third-party testing agencies, such as White Horse Laboratories and GETS, for additional verification.

Visual Inspection

Visual inspection is an important part of quality control process, ensuring that every product is carefully checked for external defects before further testing. Our trained technicians perform detailed visual inspections to identify issues such as soldering defects, component misalignment, and surface imperfections. This process ensures that only products meeting the standards proceed to the next stages of testing.

In-Circuit Testing (ICT)

In-Circuit Testing (ICT) is a vital part of our quality assurance process. It checks each circuit for potential manufacturing defects, such as shorts, opens, and incorrect component placements. This critical test ensures that the integrity of the circuitry is validated, and the board functions as designed.

Functional Testing

Functional testing simulates the real-world operating conditions that PCBAs will encounter in their end applications. This testing method ensures that all components and the overall assembly perform correctly and efficiently under expected conditions, verifying that the final product meets all design and performance specifications.

Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)

Our Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems employ advanced imaging technology to inspect product for visual defects, such as solder joint issues, component misalignment, and other anomalies. AOI provides a rapid, precise, and thorough inspection, maintaining high-quality standards throughout production.

X-Ray Inspection

X-Ray inspection allows us to inspect hidden components, such as internal solder joints and connections within multilayer boards. This non-destructive method is essential for identifying defects that cannot be detected through traditional inspection methods, ensuring the integrity and reliability of complex assemblies.

By integrating advanced quality control processes, we aim to ensure that each product meets industry standards, delivering reliable quality and optimal performance for our clients.
